Privacy policy (PDPA)

I keep customer data to the minimum needed to sell and ship. I do not market with it and I do not sell it.

What I collect

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Shipping address

How I use it. Only to ship the order, issue your receipt, and reply to questions about it.

Who I share it with

• Shipping carriers (Kerry / Flash / J&T) — name, phone, address — to deliver your parcel.
• Beam Payments — name, email, amount — to process the card payment.

No third parties for marketing. No data sold or rented.

How long I keep it. Order data is kept for 5 years per Thai tax-law requirements, then deleted. People who message via LINE/email without ordering: their data is deleted when the conversation ends.

Your rights. You can ask me to show, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
