Return policy
Returns are accepted only for defective items or items that don't match their listing, within 7 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Message me on LINE within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo or video showing the issue.
- All accessories that shipped with the item must be included.
Return shipping cost. The customer covers the cost of shipping the item back.
How to return it. Ship the item back via a courier, then send me the tracking number on LINE.
Refund. Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, I refund the full price (excluding return shipping) via your original payment method.
Exchanges. If an item is defective, doesn't match the listing, or you'd like a different model instead, message me on LINE within 7 days of delivery and I'll help arrange an exchange.
